I founded Fair Way HR Solutions because I kept seeing the same thing: small business owners doing everything right — building great teams, serving their customers, growing their companies — while quietly sitting on HR liability they didn't even know existed.
I spent 15 years in HR leadership at a multinational CPG conglomerate. I know what it looks like when HR infrastructure is built at the highest level — and I know exactly what breaks down when it isn't.
When I launched Fair Way HR Solutions, I made a deliberate choice to focus on small and mid-size California employers. Not because it was the easy path, but because these are the businesses that need real HR expertise the most and have the hardest time accessing it.
California is one of the most heavily regulated labor environments in the country. The rules around wages, leave, classification, documentation, and workplace safety are specific, layered, and change regularly. For a business owner without a dedicated HR team, staying on top of all of it while also running the business is nearly impossible.
That's the problem I solve.
